Residents with complaints concerning sewage
system malfunctions may contact the Township Office. Any testing, inspections for
sewage systems because of malfunctions can be directed through Mr. Poe or
Mr. Whitmore.
New Sewage System applications must be issued at the Township office and
an appointment must be set with one of the SEO's to complete testing. Below is a
fee schedule for Sewage Enforcement services.
NEW SYSTEM Includes:
Perc Test - $200.00
Probe - $100.00
Design Review Permit - $40.00
Final Inspection - $90.00
Administration Fee - $10.00
COMPLAINT/VIOLATION INVESTIGATION - $60.00
HOLDING TANKS - $150.00
SITE VERIFICATION - $60.00
VIOLATION INSPECTIONS - $50.00

2. Holding Tanks - $150.00
3. Holding Tank Design - $250.00
4. Sewage Lab Test #1 - $20.00
5. Sewage Lab Test #2 - $30.00
6. PSI Inpsection - $60.00
