Residents with complaints concerning sewage system
malfunctions may contact the Township Office. Any testing or inspections
for sewage systems because of malfunctions can be directed through Mr.
Whitmore or Mr. Brown. New Sewage System applications must be issued at
the Township office and an appointment must be set with one of the SEO's
to complete testing. Below is a fee schedule for Sewage Enforcement
services.
NEW SYSTEM Includes:
Perc Test - $200.00
Probe (up to 2 pits) - $100.00
Design Review Permit - $120.00
Final Inspection - $90.00
PIDI - $60.00
PSI - $60.00
Administration Fee - $25.00
Total - $655.00 |
MINOR REPAIR
Includes:
Permit Inspection - $60.00
Permit Issuance - $60.00
Administrative Fee - $25.00
TOTAL - $145.00

1.Complaint,Violation Investigation, Lab Analysis or Fee - $60.00/hr.
2.Holding Tanks - $150.00
3.Site Verification - $60.00/hr.
4.Violation Inspections - $50.00/hr.
5. Septic System Design (By Township SEO*)-$400.00
6 Holding Tanks- $150.00
7.Holding Tank Design- $250.00
8. PSI Inspection- $60.00/hr.
9. PIDI Inspection- $60.00/hr.

Cash and Checks made
payable to Lower Windsor Twp. are the only two acceptable forms of
payment.
*Design by anyone other than the Township’s SEO will be billed separately
by engineering firm and not be billed through the Township.
